Marbleye Guide

Spring:

Walleye fishing on Glendo or Grayrocks. Walleye swim to their spawning locations. April is the best opportunity to catch a trophy. 18 to 25 inch walleye being common size..

Summer:

Glendo or Grayrocks, walleye fishing is on fire. This is the best time to catch your limit of walleyes. I encourage select harvesting. I  like to see the bigger fish (22inches and up) to be released back to swim.

Fall:

Fall is great time to catch fish they will be gearing up for winter. Another opportunity for a trophy.

You can fish year round here in Wyoming. June is the best month for a lot of action. The limit on walleye is 6. There is also sauger in the system, the limit on them is 2 in any combination.

I fish from a Ranger 620vs equipped with Lowrance HDS GPS and Humminbird Solix and Garmin sonars and a Minn Kota Ulterrea providing presentation from bow or stern platforms. Rods and reels and tackle are provided. Feel free to bring your favorite rod and reel and tackle.
